Wave Software Hires Rick Thomas as Director of Corporate Accounts
Experienced Software Engineer Helps Corporate Legal Clients Bridge the Gap of Electronic Discovery Technology Within the Corporate Environment
ORLANDO, FL. (June 23, 2008) –Orlando-based Wave Software, an innovator in the de-duplication, regeneration and export of native electronic files, announced today that it has hired Rick Thomas as their Director of Corporate Accounts. Thomas is responsible for managing all corporate accounts and relationships with general counsel. Leveraging his experience as a software engineer, he is also responsible for overseeing implementation of litigation support and data-culling technology within corporate environments and will provide education within the legal industry on native processing of ESI. He will increase corporate knowledge and understanding of Wave Software’s flagship product, Trident. Trident can significantly reduce data sets prior to native review and production of PST, NSF, and loose MSG files. Thomas will be based in Orlando.

Prior to joining Wave Software, Thomas worked as a software engineer providing analysis and consultation on various application development projects within government and corporations. His technical experience includes integration of software systems, evaluation of software architectures and development of software applications. In addition, he has extensive project experience leading and working with development teams utilizing a wide variety of programming languages including C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, and SQL.
Thomas’ experience introduces a new level of sale. His software engineering background combined with his sales experience in the software industry is imperative.
Thomas received his Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering from Colorado Technical University, graduating with highest honors.
