VanPamelen is responsible for managing all global law firm accounts and relationships with litigation support departments. He is also responsible for implementing litigation support and data-culling technology within law firm environments and providing education within the legal industry on native processing of electronically stored information (ESI). When ESI compounds daily and becomes part of a discovery request or regulatory filing requirement, the legal team’s job of finding, sorting and packaging those messages for delivery to opposing counsel or the agency can quickly become overwhelming. VanPamelen will consult with clients on best practices of managing ESI along with implementing Wave Software’s flagship product, Trident, into their current workflow processes.
