Mr. Perrin is responsible for the day-to-day operation of information technologies and delivery of information services to Wave Software customers. Mr. Perrin will oversee the quality assurance processes and manage requisite functions, maintain superior customer support processes, and mentor the software team to further the company’s engineering capability and capacity. “Mr. Perrin has an outstanding background in business and technology,” stated Robert Childress, president of Wave Software. “He possesses the full range of knowledge, skills and experience necessary to successfully lead Wave Software’s information services and technology department.” Prior to joining Wave Software, Mr. Perrin was the founder and president of Smith-Perrin Consulting.
