Wave University Announces Webinar on Blackberry Forensics
Certified forensics expert Jason Park to present e-discovery webinar on “smart phones”
ORLANDO, FL. (March 18, 2009) –Wave University, an educational platform for legal professionals that offers free webinars, a "lunch and learn" series and software training webinars, announces its second webinar in a series that will focus on discovery issues. "Blackberry Forensics – Recovering & Processing Emails" will be presented by Jason Park, Director of Technology at Litigation Solution, Inc. and President of MD5Group.
Blackberries continue to be a huge part of the business market where e-discovery happens. Mr. Park's one-hour presentation will focus on the forensics of Blackberries; from imaging, recovering emails, and converting the recovered emails to PSTs to the processing of those PSTs into review tools. iPhones will also be discussed.

Mr. Park is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas. He is a member of the High Technology Crime Network and the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners. Mr. Park has provided computer forensic instruction and training to more than 150 candidates seeking to obtain their CCE Certification.
Mr. Park has been a presenter of State Bar of Texas approved Continuing Legal Education Seminars, a guest speaker for a variety of legal associations and a publisher of articles of interest in legal publications. His experience ranges from litigation management, law office management and corporate legal department management in managing all aspects of forensic data collection and analysis of multiple terabyte sized projects. He has testified and worked as a testifying expert on issues of electronic discovery.
